Pastor Frank Hampton Jr. pastored the Church of God in Jackson, MI from 1963 until his passing in 2018. Pastor Hampton devoted his life to lift up Christ and the standard of Holiness for His church. During his ministry, we have seen the hand of God work mightily in the Pastor Hampton; we have seen many miracles, many bodies healed, many souls delivered from sin and much more. Though Pastor Hampton is gone to be with our Lord, his life and legacy continues on. The voice that God use to stir many souls can still be heard here on this podcast.

Sis Beatrice begins the service acknowledging the mothers of Zion and illustrating to the world the value of a praying mother and what she means to a child. With such a burden, he knew that there would be situations where it looked like it was impossible for some to surrender to God. But Pastor Hampton believed God and considered himself also a "Hard Case". In this message brother Hampton encourages his saints to continue to press and to pray, despite the hard cases that present themselves.

On February 17th, 1982, Pastor Hampton used Christs' message to the church at Ephesus and poured out his burden to his saints at his local congregation. The burden was to reignite the people's intimacy with God. He Delighteth In Mercy is arguably one of Pastor Hamptons greatest sermons. God's character is often depicted as of a great judge, strict and stern, ready to correct and punish the  the transgressor. But Pastor Hampton reveals God's true character, that administers judgement only when he has exhausted all other methods of brining a soul to correction. This sermon is most inspirational, and truly magnifies the depth of Gods mercy. The text is found in Micah 7:18.
